Wait with the building application because of the child construction allowance

I also don't think that the construction child benefit should decide whether a construction project takes place. However, it should be clear that everything is done to avoid losing the subsidy due to an unfortunate application, and this has nothing to do with making a fuss.

Almost all public funding has a limit, since there must be a plannable budget, so nothing new there.

But as long as no one knows if it will be refilled when the pot is empty and no one knows the actual call-off of funds: based on the exact number of positive decisions, I suspect anyway that the 3 billion will be more than enough.

The tight income limit mainly qualifies builders whose means would not be sufficient to build anyway without inheritance or similar. Let's not kid ourselves. The 3,000 applications per month, which were supposedly reached during the peak "at the start" of the program (due to its retroactive nature), will easily halve on average in 2019. (My opinion)

For me, it would also be nice to have a solid basis for the [Sondertilgung]. I haven't really planned on it – it must also work without it. But it would definitely help; maybe you could afford something else at another point with the money that you would otherwise have had to put into [Sondertilgung].

I feel the same way, Altai ...

105,000 annual gross (with 2 children) is by no means little - in my eyes, those are already the "better earners" - no wonder everyone talks about the "free rider effect"...

And yet there are certainly enough lower earners who see their dream come true because of it.

Not everyone is able to keep a cool head when fulfilling their dream, and all too often such people fall for clever financial advisors.

If the Baukindergeld then doesn't work out, it's a disaster.

So ... enough philosophizing ...

This statement was, is, and remains nonsense except for about the five most expensive cities. The income limit is not that insanely tight.
