Well, as far as I understand, the purchase price must be at least as high as the subsidy. But that's too risky for me. I don't want to take any risks... Sorry for even bringing up such an idea here. Best regards
Boy oh boy, the German Michel in top form. Maybe I’m misunderstanding you guys, otherwise I’m at a loss for words. There are clear funding conditions, so it’s only black or white. Take whatever you can get. No matter if it feels wrong or right. The state is burning billions and you want to forgo 72,000 EURO in funding as an 8!!!!-member family because it doesn’t feel right?
It was always said that only the first purchase counts, was that probably removed?
First purchase, nothing else counts
This constellation is simply too risky. The information sheet we all refer to and the information given by KfW on the phone do not have any guideline character for me. You only have to get the wrong caseworker who interprets the word "first-time purchase" differently and then you're in trouble. As far as I have read and understood, an application rejection cannot be appealed. Once rejected, it is rejected forever.Well, as I understand it, the purchase price must be at least as high as the subsidy. But that is too risky for me. I don't want to take any chances... Sorry for bringing such an idea here at all. Best regards
