Well, as far as I understand, the purchase price must be at least as high as the subsidy. But that's too risky for me. I don't want to take any risks... Sorry for even bringing up such an idea here. Best regards

This constellation is simply too risky. The information sheet we all refer to and the information given by KfW on the phone do not have any guideline character for me. You only have to get the wrong caseworker who interprets the word "first-time purchase" differently and then you're in trouble. As far as I have read and understood, an application rejection cannot be appealed. Once rejected, it is rejected forever.

Thank you for the answers. I have already checked it off. You can’t always be lucky. We were lucky to even get a loan for the house purchase. It was incredibly tight. So thank you very much for the thought exercise. Best regards
