Wait with the building application because of the child construction allowance

I have now also submitted the application today. Strangely, nowhere was proof of the building permit required, although this is explicitly a prerequisite.

The answer honestly made me a bit unsure, but I have read through the current information sheet again. Here, only 2x tax assessments, registration certificate, and land register extract are required.
