Are both listed in the land register or on the notary contract, or only one? If you bought it together, you are out; if it belongs to only one, you are probably still in. But you must also already have children? Buying first and then having children does not work.One is only eligible if it is the first property, right? I inherited a condominium. So my husband and I would no longer be eligible?
