My current understanding is that there is a limit of 120 sqm for living space. Anyone with more than 2 children can build 10 sqm more per child. No matter the exact regulation for calculating living space: that is way too small. A family with 2 children on 120 sqm doesn’t work, and with more children the situation gets even worse. 10 sqm is simply too small for a child's room, plus at some point a third bathroom, more space for the dining area and the wardrobe etc. are needed. From my point of view, completely absurd. Only lemmings would move into a 120 sqm dump as a family of 4, and they wouldn’t be able to build the house anyway. Of course, I’m against the [BKG] anyway if I can no longer benefit myself. If it becomes a stillbirth through such absurd regulations, that’s fine with me too.
