Look at the definition of zvE in a source of your choice ... please do not confuse it with gross income

So with two children, you can't build a house today on an annual income of 100k€? Oh really.. and then 200€ a month lets you splurge? It's more like says.

Well, I certainly can't. But I need to google ZVE again.

Well.. I'm not even close to 100k€ and if it's related to zve, even further away. For a big house in a good location it was still enough - with the 100k it would of course be much more relaxed, but then I wouldn't care about the 200€ either...

People with a taxable annual income of 105k€ cannot afford a house. Yeah, right. Boo hoo hoo

Why? From 01/22/18, I have 12 months to spend the money. In total, there are 3 tranches. If at the end of 01/2019 the last tranche of 50k€ has hardly been drawn, that would first be manageable with 120€ commitment interest. Then it will be a subsidy of 2400€ per year for the children.
