Maybe someone knows the answers to the following questions:

1. Child 2 comes in 2019. If we still apply in 2018, do we then receive 12k€ from 2018-2028 and another 12k€ from 2019-2029 for the second child, or how is that supposed to work? Or would there be no support for the second child?

2. We signed our construction contract with the construction company in September 2017. The notice from the municipality stating "Construction can begin" then came in January 2018 (green construction sign, without a permit). Can we still hope for Baukindergeld if the other conditions are met?
