Wait with the building application because of the child construction allowance

I just think it's stupid that in most articles - and also not on the KfW page - it is not pointed out that there is an annual quota... Some people might be surprised if the budget for applications in August/September is exhausted...

Who says the 2019 budget will run out? It didn’t happen for 2018 either, and for 2018 you had 15 months to apply! Therefore, most applications for 2018 should still come in, also considering the lower construction costs and building demand. You have to have something to buy and build, and the situation is getting worse or more expensive year by year.

Don't understand why some people are making such a big fuss here :/ Just let it come. You can't change anything anyway...

What do you mean by "pushing a wave"?

I am only complaining about the lack of communication/transparency. I find it more than borderline to mention this small but significant detail like "[Jahresbudget]" only in passing or upon request.

Guess how many home builders, whose financing is already stretched to the limit, were enticed with (let's take the average) 24,000 euros in Baukindergeld... - even the BSK heavily advertise it...

An old grandma would have to knit for a long time to earn 24,000 euros... There could be quite a nasty awakening...

If the [Baukindergeld] decides the success or failure of the financing, then one should not have built. A nice "nice to have" that makes some things more relaxed, but nothing more.
