I'll try it the other way around. How much gross income do you need to reach 95k€ zvE?

I don't understand what you want to tell me. I only posted the upper limit of what is called the middle class to put the perception of some users here, who feel they have it particularly hard, into perspective with reality. What exactly the net amount is, I would have to calculate, but what it means for any feasibilities (of what?) is completely irrelevant at first.

I want to say that just under €7k net, even more with child benefit, no longer has anything to do with the middle class in the overall German average. But you can gladly send me the statistics via link as a private message. With €7k gross, however, I would agree with you!

The question, however, is which limit applies to you in 2016? The child was not yet born at that time. Is it now 90k or 90k + 15k zvE?

2016 without child + 2017 with child = (75k zvE + 90k zvE) / 2 = x
