3 months with finishing and then moving in? The shell alone in brick construction takes at least 2 months.

Too bad. Then the incomes from 2018 and 2017 probably count for the move-in in 2019. The woman gets disgusted with the company and receives a severance payment, and suddenly you're over the limit. But let's see, suddenly there's a second 15k allowance contributor for the move-in. I'm really curious about the specific funding guidelines.

Three months after the start of construction is the move-in, by then everything including the finishing is done. For us, specifically, construction starts in week 42 and moving in is in week 8. This includes 4 weeks of frost vacation.

That's the plan... what does "Massiv" mean to you? Lego bricks filled with reinforced concrete. Sorry, I don’t mean to sound like that, but the construction time seems very short to me for a traditional solid construction method. Still curious.

I am also curious about the specific guidelines. Especially because my partner and I already own a property, but we did not buy it as a family because at that time there was no child yet. The new house would therefore be the first property we buy as a family (father + mother + child).

We are building with Viebrockhaus. It's their standard. Massiv there also means traditionally built stone on stone.
