Wait with the building application because of the child construction allowance

I once called the KFW. I am supposed to upload the building permit under "Sonstiges" alongside the land registry, registration certificate, and tax documents, which each have their own upload section. Hmpf. Strange that nothing is mentioned about this anywhere.

That had already puzzled me. Thanks for the info!

I omitted the third section from the land register. Does anyone know if that is okay? It only contains the land charge.

It's even more complicated for us:
01.02.2019 Move-in with prompt registration confirmation
25.02.2019 Newborn
12.03.2019 Application submitted

Now they wanted the registration confirmation for all family members living in the house. Of course, our newborn is not on the registration confirmation. As a precaution, we obtained an updated confirmation because we didn’t know if a birth certificate would also be accepted.

I'm not sure anymore, but wasn't it the case that only the children at move-in / registration count? If you have another child next year, that of course doesn't count either.

I actually thought the number of children at the time of application.
