Carport/Garage width - is 2.50 m enough or is that rather too narrow?

Our carport is 3.50 meters wide and my wife drives an A3... if both sides are to be entered or exited, I also consider it the minimum size...

Even then, she often hits the door against the wall (house on the left, garage on the right...). I have already installed a protector there...

Our garage is 5.50 meters wide, minus the walls leaves about 5.00 meters... here too, the car takes up just over 3 meters... next to it are 3 bicycles... still okay for getting in... the storage room is more suitable in depth...

So 2.50 carport, but also 4.00 meters garage I consider critical... After deducting the walls, afaik only 5.50 meters of space remain.

Just build a double carport with space for stuff in a shed behind it.

My prophecy: You will always be annoyed by the cramped conditions and the awkward getting in and out.

That will be the case, I fully emphasize that.

It would be better to share the available width together, in the middle without limitation.

And where do they protrude into the width of this ensemble?

According to the home builder, the outlet of the internally installed air-water heat pump is on the side of the Carport/Garage, and up to -10 degrees cold air would then circulate there. However, it must be able to escape there to avoid condensation water and thus mold on the exterior walls.
