These "lobbyists" are the ones who are supposed to implement the coalition's election promises in the end.
400,000 new apartments per year – let's see what becomes of that now that everything is on hold.
€1.50 more rent per square meter, all those waiting for affordable housing will surely be pleased.
I know you don't want to hear any of this. But you should know it anyway.

The case here is a bit more complicated. She moved out of the old (admittedly very dilapidated but livable) house so that we could demolish it. That was the opposite of barrier-free, but a "free" roof over her head. She would have only moved out if there was no other way. Besides, this woman has worked her whole life and still lives just above social welfare level. Therefore, we will and cannot charge rent, as I said, otherwise we would never have gotten the property.

Thanks to all of you for the hints and opinions! Then I will simply continue my single-family house construction project as planned: just build as the standard is already on the market anyway (probably strongly towards KfW55) and possibly use subsidies only very selectively, e.g. for photovoltaics. More is currently not possible anyway.

Although the entire interview is based on the premise that EH70 is the climate killer and EH55 the climate savior. This topic has already been discussed here at length. It is somewhat problematic, of course, when further subsidies are tied to certain efficiency standards. But here we are back to the point I have mentioned several times: there is the goal of creating living space. However, this goal is not implemented as a standalone goal but unnecessarily linked with eco-dreams. In the end, expensive housing has been created that is made affordable again through left pocket - right pocket accounting. Would it seriously be a problem to carry out housing construction with EH70?

I think this is how we will proceed as well, although in the end we will have to move away from KfW55 as much as possible, 70,000€ must first be saved. Or rather, we will precisely offset savings and additional costs against each other.

Oh, I assumed that KfW55 is largely "standard" with construction companies anyway and that you can hardly get anything cheaper...
