KfW BEG funding stopped 261, 262, 263, 264, 461, 463, 464

According to insider information from the bank, the KfW funding will apparently resume shortly. However, only the loan variant with half the funding amount - interest rates are still unknown (nothing official can be found on the KfW site either). It is recommended to act quickly, as the total funding amount is capped.

That means concretely I have to take out a loan from the KfW to receive 37500 euros for that?

"Insider Infos" of a bank are the opposite of "concrete". No one can provide even remotely serious answers to follow-up questions about it. It simply remains to wait.

So we still have no feedback from KfW on our EH40 application from 10.01...

If they haven't even processed the old applications yet, I find it hard to imagine that the new funding will be available for application anytime soon. I mean, I wish it for everyone, but after all the chaos, my faith is lacking...

this primarily concerns new buildings, because they do not achieve any CO² savings compared to the Building Energy Act, especially if they were still calculated according to the old DIN 4701 and not according to 18599. That is also the reason why it was pointless to continue funding a KfW55. Even the KfW40 will become history and therefore the applications not yet decided may be assessed differently and receive different conditions.

On all official sites it says, and even Mr. Habeck has announced, that the applications not yet decided from before 01/24 will be processed under the old conditions?!
