As a planner and energy consultant, I only see the "small ones" affected anyway and invoices for services that no client benefits from anymore. At least in new construction. The big investors already have special conditions with the banks and usually obtain the BAFA subsidies or often waive them for tax and rent price reasons. At least in our office, primarily private clients are affected.
And photovoltaic systems on every house are pointless anyway, because they do not generate any heating load savings. When I see that clients are now glad after 10 years with a significantly better feed-in tariff than back then, after 20 years not to have lost money,... what is expected now from the feed-in tariffs? Battery storage systems are still too expensive and currently not profitable.
And how the CO² target is supposed to be missed less without the subsidy is something our environment minister should perhaps try to explain :)
