same here with us, but so far no rejection. May I ask when your confirmation of the application (BZA) was? Was the application automatically approved upon submission or set for review? That would be interesting. I haven't completely lost hope yet

Hello, according to the bank, our application was processed shortly after 8 a.m. Since we did not receive a direct rejection, according to the bank it should work out. I did a little research on the internet. Banks that were too late received an immediate rejection.

Federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG): Funding for the Efficiency House Level 40 with Sustainability Class

From now on, you can once again submit applications for the Efficiency House Level 40 with Sustainability Class as part of the new construction funding. The prerequisite for this is the Quality Seal Sustainable Building.

Due to the enormously high demand, the funds for the Efficiency House Levels 40 with Renewable Energy Class and 40 Plus have already been completely exhausted. Please do not submit any more applications for these levels.

Have you submitted an application and has KfW already granted you a financing commitment? Then the funding is reserved for you. We will disburse your loan as soon as your financing partner calls the loan from us.

We submitted the application directly through the bank in the morning and received the approval today. A KfW person told us on the phone that the rejections are probably already done and that if you haven't heard anything so far, you can expect an approval.
