No, then better improve the insulation of the roof, the exterior wall, or the front door, or just save the money.

Besides the points from , one could also simply use a different WLG for the insulation under the underfloor heating to achieve the same effect.

Insulation under the floor slab, that should be XPS. There's nothing much stronger that can withstand the pressure and even compensate 6cm.

Well, I’m not really familiar with social housing. I just assume that there have been and still are separate subsidies there.

This funding is solely about Kfw 55, for about 2,000 construction projects that are not of a private nature (which of those would have been social housing for “low-income earners, small pensioners, and single parents”? No idea). What would have come in during the week is unfortunately beyond my crystal ball. But I don’t see the effects you describe on that scale at all.

I’ll just boldly assume that in the interview social housing is highlighted to pull at the heartstrings ;-)

I also don’t want to put anything else under the floor slab. But above it, there will still be a floor buildup with insulation – underfloor heating – screed. You can make adjustments there. WLG 32 instead of 35 or PUR or whatever instead of the 6cm under the floor slab.

I find the references to interesting newspaper articles helpful as well as the well-founded numerical examples from the experts. The depiction of personal fates makes me empathize and I also find that important. The explanation of why the promotion is a misallocation or not was instructive for me, as well as the exchange of pros and cons, partly subjective in nature, partly objective.
So far, I draw a positive conclusion regarding this thread.
I have not really perceived hostilities and insults, but that's just my nature; I am probably some kind of Hobbit. ;-) Others are more sensitive in that regard.

I think it is good for this country to think of the "big ones" as well as the "little ones". The one needs the other and vice versa. ;-)
