I found the exchange of ideas quite interesting and also learned a lot about the advantages and disadvantages of (construction) subsidies. And of course, everyone here is also happy for and about builders who see all this quite calmly and objectively for various reasons (can). Nevertheless, I think it's good that there is also room in this forum for personal accounts and individual burdens, as my basic impression, which can also be misleading, is that as a builder you stand pretty much alone as a layperson among all the various trades, interest groups, construction executors, their bosses, authorities, etc.
