According to reports, EH40 will still be funded until the end of 22... However, capped at 1B...

The press conference by Habeck can be accessed at the BMWK. I watched it via the blue bird. All submitted applications will be funded. From 24.1. there will be a hard cut. Follow-up funding will probably be a matter of a few days or weeks and significantly reduced rates for 40s houses. From 2023 onwards, a completely new program. Let's see if it will still be worth it then. They will probably have to do without substantial support anyway, while investors with their 55s applications can still maximize their profit until 24.1.

And then I also recommend everyone to react very quickly and not rely on a supposed deadline. Such an action, to cut funding from one Sunday to Monday morning, can certainly happen again; if there are no strong lobbyists among those affected, it can be harsh for the average citizen.

As it looks, [kfw40 EE] is subsidized with €33,750. The regular [KfW 40] with €24,000. Can someone confirm this?

Therefore, I have also "already written" that after a revision of the funding methodology, I expect personnel efficiency to improve: in the case of single-family home builders, the policy can only report implementation success of 1 or 2 housing units per application, while the multi-story apartment builder lion entices with pallets of newly realized apartments for only a threefold processing time effort. Why should a somewhat career-oriented politician want to burden their level of work with the nonsense of the small fry? — perhaps for votes from voters who are known not to be loyal, but who "protest vote" blue at the next opportunity (allegedly not meant ideologically)? — the "little man" is not entirely blameless when his "people’s representatives" (vacuum cleaner representatives, by the way, also do not represent the interests of vacuum cleaners!) see various lobbies as more reliable partners.
