It might not be that hard, the topic is still quite current. At Focus, Spiegel, and Bild, I quickly found phone numbers or email addresses at the bottom of the page in the imprint or under "Contact" for "informants" or own stories. You can write an email with a curiosity-provoking subject (e.g. KfW stop: promise lottery, or something similar) and send it to the various editorial offices. Maybe someone will get back to you. If they need more material, I’m also happy to tell my case, but yours is a bit more illustrative!

And, that is also explicitly stated in the funding documents. And, after all, in otherwise often poorly digitized Germany, one has to admit that a lot of automation has already taken place here. The fact that applications do not pass through the automation but are manually reviewed after a random principle (I assume now) should actually be in all of our interest for the review of the proper use of tax money. And .. I remember some floor plan or financing threads here where consciously "2 units" were planned, which were not meant to be brought to life, but were planned for the purpose of obtaining even more funding.

Now I am relieved. That's over 70km and with development then no less than 100€ :)

Absolutely not. But most 'project developers' who 'develop' large-scale new residential areas secretly collude so hard with the local authorities that it almost borders on subsidy fraud. Feel free to prove me wrong. When a company owns the land development, I then market developer-tied houses and at the same time am allowed to co-determine on the city council, something is going wrong. Then 'dubious' foreign investors come into play who provide the capital, and the golden goose can't produce the bars fast enough. Unfortunately, this is the dark side of capitalism. Therefore, at least families in our country should have the right to a home (which they) pay off hard, sometimes until retirement. Green or not, but I have unfortunately been missing a sense of proper management and structured administration of household funds in the right places for too long in this country.]

You can also look around Großhöbing, Greding: land value 50 euros, 43 km up the A9 and you are in N-Moorenbrunn. same for 92360 Mühlhausen, there you also get quite a bit of infrastructure. In that area there are always offers in the small villages and if you have to drive to the south of N it's still OK. You just have to get used to the barking :p
