You are not. Counter-question out of interest: Would you have built without the subsidy, or does its loss set you back?

I think so because we have been searching forever... But the subsidy really helps, even if it is already factored into the developer's price anyway.

We are having a terraced house built with a small plot for 800k and an income well over 100,000 euros. Am I now a freeloader because I use the subsidy? We also have to stretch ourselves extremely for this... question to the complainers

after how you described your financing plan, you are not a freeloader but a good example of why this type of subsidy is in need of reform and, among other things, unnecessarily supports already privileged groups.
