Not only that. I already questioned the rebound effect on Monday evening. If we normally have 10.75 billion per month and now suddenly 20 billion, then these are funding applications for 2 years. Where do all the houses come from when land is scarce everywhere?

Schwörerhaus wanted an extra charge from you for KFW 40? It was declared as standard in our offer in 2017. Or was it just the salesperson who priced it in right away.

Stopping overnight is unpleasant. We will probably have to get used to it. The Ministry of Health is the same.

Many builders will probably have to make cuts, for better or worse. I agree with . Many things are now seen as standard and necessary, which no one would have thought of before.
Maybe that is the new underlying idea: forced to build smaller.

At least to me, 500,000 funding applications with an average volume of €40K for the years 2021/22 seem plausible. Still, thanks for the hint. Will you provide some more data and facts? Or will it remain at "something is not right"?

The target is 400,000 apartments per year, which has clearly not been achieved in recent years. And since most applications are for EH55 (40 and 40+ should continue), the volume per application is likely well below €40K on average. Accordingly, I roughly come back to about 2 years of applications that are supposed to have been submitted in a good month. Still the question where that should come from and who is supposed to build all these houses.

Standard in the catalogs was 55; in the offer itself everything was simply summarized under "house price." I then had to extract the individual items from the representative’s mouth, otherwise I can’t make any assessment...
