Until today, KfW55 is the standard, but now it is only a matter of time.

KfW40 will become the new standard + photovoltaics. 55 is still too poor.

I'm glad that my 65k funding for the renovation of existing buildings was already approved last year :cool: I can well imagine, however, that the funds will be replenished soon, at least for the renovation of existing buildings. Energy-efficient building renovation was one of the cornerstones of our climate goals, wasn't it?

this is just really bad. We completed the financing (55EE) with KFW (loan variant) last October. You don't get a direct approval from KFW. Does this now count as approved or are we also in limbo? We did have approval from the bank.

So much for the, albeit only assumed, legal certainty in our country. That the new government would react so quickly and so abruptly, to put it neutrally, I did not expect.
