KfW BEG funding stopped 261, 262, 263, 264, 461, 463, 464

I submitted my grant application for existing buildings at the beginning of January. Fortunately, I also saved the PDF. BECAUSE: My application is no longer listed in the grant portal. Does anyone else have this problem? I hope the KFW is "just" overloaded, and that already submitted applications are not lost....

I am just surprised that it is considered fair and socially acceptable to decide something like this on the weekend and then implement it immediately on Monday.

The funds are empty. This was neither decided over the weekend nor implemented. To what extent subsidies as well as grants in general should be considered fair and/or socially acceptable per se is another question.

How long does something like this usually take until there is clarity again here? We are currently planning a 40EE and have already calculated with the amount :/ Will it come down to the fact that 40 will become the standard and there will be no more funding for it? Construction is supposed to start in late summer...

It’s hard to say. There is also an article about this in the FAZ, in which it comes across as if new construction is generally supposed to be funded on a subordinated basis compared to renovation. Which also makes sense.

Lol, sent Kfw application yesterday evening at 8 p.m. and got approved immediately

I submitted my application yesterday around 7 p.m. and have not received a response. My neighbor submitted his application for the second semi-detached house 3 hours earlier and received confirmation immediately.

After I submitted the application, I received this message: You can start now - but we recommend waiting for our decision.

Does this mean that the application would still be approved?

Our financing has been running for about half a year, with €120,000 through the KfW program 151. Renovating according to the energy-efficient house standard and, of course, we calculated with the repayment grant. What does it look like now, since the program no longer exists as of today...?

New construction should generally be subsidized only after renovation. Which also makes sense.

Unfortunately, I personally don’t have an old building that I could renovate instead of building a new house...

I also think that even if there is no/less funding for a 40 standard house, most will keep building a 55 standard one... In our case, the extra cost for a house from 55 to 40 is about 25k... And neither I nor our wallet is green enough for that...
