KfW BEG funding stopped 261, 262, 263, 264, 461, 463, 464

According to news reports, there will be new construction funding for kfw40 again starting from 20.4. I just wanted to check on the KfW website, but it is not reachable. It seems to be overloaded. I see, the billion is spent in no time.

I therefore estimate a maximum of 2-3 days, possibly even directly on the first day.

If they say 10^9 funding amount, they are calculating with 150k per application. So it’s rather 8-9k applications.

You need a confirmation for the application (BZA) from the energy consultant, but for that, they must know which house you are building (wall structure, windows, perimeter insulation, etc.) and that this house can meet the standard. The plans must therefore already be relatively finalized; simply changing the house spontaneously is possible but potentially difficult.
