I no longer know exactly where it can be read and still hope that he will return under another name or that someone maybe knows him privately/has his contact details and will persuade him to return. I only know his real first name, as he knows mine. If I roughly knew where he lives, I would try to find him through that, discreetly of course, but I no longer know anything else about him. I could start a thread called "Hampshire, please come back" or something similar and try to at least find out his place of residence. I think the place of residence would be enough. I also wanted to invite Hampshire to my open house day when the house is ready.

I don’t get that now. The important thing is the application before the application stop.
Just because you’re in the manual review and accordingly did not receive an automatic funding notice, that does not mean that your application is rejected or may be rejected.

If the funding conditions/requirements according to the application are met, then the funding notice must also be issued.

That still seems to be open, how to deal with the received but not yet approved applications. But I agree with you, from my layman's perspective they should also be approved, as they were submitted on time.

The press releases say otherwise – at the moment it does not look like anything will be approved anymore, but rather that one receives some sort of token loans on more favorable terms. The grant is probably going down the drain...

That’s a point I don’t understand. Where do all these applications come from? Are these all advance applications from developers submitted by developers? I simply cannot imagine that we had accumulated the volume of over 2 years.


I actually meant more in the single-family house sector. There it is indeed established, but neither simpler, nor faster, nor cheaper. In the area of apartment blocks, I think one problem is that fire protection raises bureaucratic hurdles, though not insurmountable. And the other is that residential construction has always been concrete bunkers.


That can be solved by simply prescribing EH40 in new construction. It is already planned anyway according to the coalition agreement, and EH70/Energy Saving Ordinance for renovations. Only the part about "avoiding unnecessary hardships" I somehow understood differently...

However, the minimum requirements can simply (?) be set to 40+ instead of the Energy Saving Ordinance/Building Energy Act.
