Yes, depending on the region for sure. It always depends on land prices etc., in some places the unrenovated stock is just so overvalued.

Amazing that the consideration of whether something is financially worthwhile rarely happens with cars. With subsidies, it's like with company cars, it can be a bit more then. :)

Hello. Thanks in advance for your answers and apologies if this topic is "worn out": but on 11.01.22 we applied online for grant 461 at KFW and to date the processing status is:

We are really at a loss as to why there is no approval yet, we were told by phone a few weeks ago up to 45 bank working days, but even these (after deducting about 3 weeks during which nothing was processed..) have now actually passed. KFW does not comment on our grant reference number and asks for further patience. I would like to hear your experiences: when did you submit the application for exactly this grant variant 461 and are there people who also still have this open/under review? Thanks again!

We received approval for our application for the KfW loan plus grant yesterday. The application was submitted by our bank advisor on January 20.

, I believe we applied for the option (zuschuss effizienzhaus) in July. The approval came through sometime in October... There was probably a lot going on due to the switch in July.
