I assume that as well (somehow understandable). Nevertheless, hundreds, if not thousands of people in Germany are waiting for some kind of response, and for these people (of whom I am also one) time unfortunately does not stand still either. A hint or something similar would be enough, but doing nothing usually causes discomfort...

I also have to honestly say that I don't quite understand what the minister is still considering. He has already decided to provide 1 billion for the new construction. A complete change of everything will only come next year, so what else does he have to consider besides the funding amount?

Once again, in all clarity: There is a war!

We are also affected, but have full understanding that nothing will happen with the funding for now - there are currently more important geopolitical issues.

First of all, I think whether the billion is even still available. I can imagine in the current situation the amount will be redistributed and waiting until next year.

Hmm...
A few pages ago, we had already determined that the fund for renovations includes the 1 billion for the new construction. If that is true, the renovations would also have to suffer, but everything is proceeding as usual there.

I hope there will be another statement on this soon, no matter how it might sound, but simply staying silent is not an option either...

Why? Sitting it out has worked for decades from single-person businesses to governments ^^

Joking aside... They have other priorities right now and urgently need every euro... See 100 billion for the Bundeswehr (in my opinion rightly so!), fuel discount, etc...

With 30k subsidies, it would be around 33,400 houses/apartments from the billion... Currently, the number of people whose fuel/heating prices are suffocating them is significantly higher and therefore clearly to be prioritized...

And more apartments are needed to accommodate more people. The single-family house is probably quite low on the priority list.
