So much for the topic of war! Now that's what I call a really green slap in the face for all single-family home builders...

But of course, you can also sugarcoat it with phrases like:
“Many people are struggling with high prices for gas and oil and are therefore investing in renovating their houses to increase energy efficiency and save energy”

For two years, Corona was the excuse for absolutely everything far-fetched, now we simply call the new thing war and eagerly attribute everything else to this topic...

My (personal) esteem cannot sink any lower than with this current government!

Does this also apply to housing associations and larger companies or only to the small "home builder"? Because the big companies are supposed to build at least 400,000 apartments per year, I assume climate-friendly.

Unfortunately, I am also fully affected by the 40 subsidy stop. However, one must fairly say that it is not surprising that many are now thinking about alternatives given the exploding gas and oil prices and, of course, getting them subsidized. What annoys me is the massive unfairness towards the 55 applications that were still funded.
