I am also affected, however I have already received the approval in December. But in the press release it says "Likewise, a decision will be made quickly regarding the handling of the already submitted but not yet decided EH55 and EH40 applications."
First of all: I don’t want to drive anyone crazy, but at least for the grant it says in the acknowledgment of receipt:
5. Further provisions These contractual terms are supplemented by the following documents:
Information sheet "BEG Residential Buildings - Grant" in version 10/21 General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for grant products in version 07/21. These documents are part of the grant contract and therefore legally binding for your grant. Please read them carefully.
Excerpt from the information sheet:
Legal entitlement (compare item 7.4 "Availability of budget funds" in the BEG WG guideline) There is basically no entitlement to funding. KfW decides at its discretion in accordance with its duties within the available funds.

But I’m still a bit confused myself – the approval was last Wednesday, today I signed the contracts with the forwarding bank, but I’m still not 100% sure.
