You are right. It is also included in my "Guideline for Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings – Residential Buildings (BEG WG)" as an annex to the loan agreement. However, it clearly contradicts the loan agreement – there it says:

"a repayment grant of up to ... will be granted to the end borrower from public funds." Further below, the maximum grant is calculated precisely again.

I think if this somehow still fails now, I will definitely take legal action – nothing adds up here anymore, you cannot promise the grant in the contract and then exclude it again via any GTC. That is not even worthy of a banana republic...

That’s exactly how it is. The approval is decisive. The rest is processing.

Hi, you seem to be an expert :)

Hi, you seem to be an expert :)

My case:

my bank submitted the applications last Tuesday, on Wednesday the bank received the "green" checkmark, which is why on Friday the bank's KfW loan documents were created, which were signed today by the bank and me

According to the bank, this is the standard KfW text, including the following:

"a repayment grant of up to ... is granted to the final borrower from public funds". Further down, the maximum grant is calculated in detail again.

The bank says the loan + grant are finalized, KfW can no longer back out. Do you see it the same way? I mean, the loan agreement is signed, you hardly can undo legally completed contracts...

Can I settle somewhat in the normal pulse range or do you think this will be a nerve-wracking ordeal?

Thanks!
