Not at all, because before moving in. But trying makes you wiser. You also have to think about the maximum amount ([4000€ ?]) p.a. Move in, gardening bill comes after moving in ... then you've already used up everything for the calendar year anyway.

And I thought the 9.5 billion that was discussed last week was for these renovation projects AND the old applications submitted until January 24, and the 1 billion that is still up in the air is ONLY for new construction projects...

The servers of [KfW] will probably all be down tomorrow morning and in the afternoon the fund will be completely exhausted... o_O
