What has been applied for since November hasn't been paid out yet, right? Or at least not for the most part.

The developer is responsible for that in our case
I’m curious whether that will be detailed in the notary contract

I dare to assert that this is legal. Because a random decision was made by computer since applications must be checked by sampling. I don’t think one can speak of arbitrariness here, as there is a factual reason. No employee has disadvantaged you at their discretion.

Certainly not Neuschwanstein, the builder is said to have gone under, so they say. Demolition is a key measure for decontaminating building grounds containing construction debris that cannot yet be deposited at once. What not even anyone dares to fill with refugees, that can really go away. From a funding logistics perspective, these funding programs, which attracted a mass of small players, were actually a complete disaster from the start. The "little man" will presumably be pleased that behind closed doors it is now first being hatched how the subsidies can be tailored in the future to the powerful market participants without "scatter losses." I do not worry about the energy consultants, they will keep stamping until Corona allows their return to the profession they learned as butter cruise animators ;-)

Not really, we have now had the appointment with the bank. It’s bitter and would mean that our entire equity would be burned (well over €100,000). Unfortunately, I can’t provide a derivation, but the amount is even stated in the Sparkasse contract under "Early Repayment". Now we have to recalculate, but it will probably mean that we will have to give up... This is hard, in the last nine months we have done nothing else but deal with the house construction, so much wasted time, worries and heartache, but refinancing so much money is simply no longer feasible for us... My hate is enormous and I have read every post here, despite all the correct arguments here: suddenly scrapping the subsidy also for

How about selling after completion? It could mean less than a 100k loss if you're lucky. And the bank can have the realtor handle the sale.
