Although off-topic, can you achieve renewable energy standard with a heat pump?

Now again as a screenshot from the KfW page:

only the loan option left.

It’s so harsh when you had already planned 40+ anyway and now there is nothing for it, just because you already have a loan hanging over you from the bank...

So I will probably build my multi-family house according to the [Energieeinsparverordnung] standard. The halved subsidy hardly makes sense from an investor's perspective.

On the kfw page it says the following:
"

[*]For the construction or purchase of a new efficiency house or a corresponding condominium, you can exclusively apply for the product Residential Building – Loan (261, 262)."

This makes it clear that only loans are available.

This means the additional costs are much higher than the halved subsidy - thanks Habeck!

That's how it should be.
If the additional costs are lower, you effectively get money back for having lower heating costs. That wouldn't make sense.
