Correct, I just had a longer conversation with a KfW employee. Already approved applications are not affected by the stop. Since many applicants have in the meantime asked whether the stop affects all applications, including those already approved, and this was not communicated clearly, this will be added.
Yes, it still exists. Once again very clearly – that's what it says everywhere!!!: Only new applications or applications not yet approved are affected. Quite simple. Reading helps – yes, I know, there's a rush right now.
I don't get it. Why should it be like that? If the fund is empty, you can't reach in anymore. Commitment or not.
And why is double standards applied here?
Builder 1 with application on 01/23 and immediate automatic (system-generated) approval.
Builder 2 with application on 01/18 and by random selection in manual review; currently without approval.
So why does Builder 1 get the grant and Builder 2 does not?
That is arbitrary, isn't it, or am I missing something? Can someone explain this?
