Quite simply. For my mother who, unfortunately, has been living alone recently and is increasingly overwhelmed by everyday life. Is that reprehensible?

And yes, €300 more per month makes a huge difference. If you have that amount to spare, you are welcome to set up a standing order for me.

If all this had been known with proper lead time, planning could have been done very differently. That is the real outrage. KFW Bank out of responsibility

Yes, it’s all pretty intense. But you got a quick solution from Commerzbank. Forget the grant and build. It definitely won’t get cheaper.
And when you look back in two years, you’ll say, “Man, I didn’t get any subsidy like others. But I still live in my own great house and am happy in the garden or not wasting my money on rent.”

I fully agree with you on that!!! That is not the proper way to do things.

The KFW would probably also have liked to have proper lead time ... super annoying for everyone affected!

I don't think the new construction subsidy will come back. It is simply unnecessary (and extremely high), they are optimizing the last 3% there. With renovation, much more can be achieved with the money if you want to save emissions in the building sector.

Everyone sees things as they fit into their own worldview, myself included. Why should high earners not receive government support in return for the fact that these high earners also pay considerably more taxes. But as I said, everyone sees it differently and that is okay.
