The "purpose" results from the specifications of the BEG. "The conclusion of supply and service contracts for the subsidized construction services before the application is submitted, however, constitutes the start of the project and generally precludes funding." That is why one can conclude the contract with this "suspensive condition" before the funding has been applied for. We had to do it quite quickly in order to still get the company's old conditions. Well, it didn't work. Now we are waiting for the recalculation.
