Interesting, when it comes to money — or rather, here to no more money — the chat overflows and users appear from the shadows who have never been "seen"/"heard" before…
In my assessment, this is not primarily about money, but about a lack of decency and the impression of having been cheated. I can understand this well, even as someone not affected, and I am outraged.
Haback’s approach cannot be sugarcoated by anything.
In four years, maybe even as early as next year at the state elections, we will find out whether his behavior pays off for him/his party or if there are more citizens who do not appreciate this manner. I am curious and do not dare make any predictions or guesses in this regard.
Subsidies are nice and all, but it must also work well without them…
So why not give something back to the citizens or help them fulfill a dream once in a while? Most of us work hard enough for it, pay more than enough taxes/social security contributions, and just want to offer their children a nice, safe home with access to nature and some freedoms (for example the possibility to practice playing piano or violin).
Almost the end for the little homeowner. Sad, also considering that in other European countries, which are supposedly not as rich as Germany, the homeownership rate is significantly higher. Besides, not everyone wants to live with a ventilation system with heat recovery.
That means translated, prices will rise massively, new construction will become much more expensive and thus the existing stock as well. Well, cheers.
Well, but for that the middle class can move into nice publicly subsidized social housing. ;-) (Please forgive me the bitterness.)
