I ask again, what should Habeck have done when he took over Altmaier's legacy? Reliability is paired with the question of responsibility. A subsidy is simply not a statutory pension insurance.
Since the funding will probably be gone within days/hours and we do not yet have or can receive any bank offers so far.
We are therefore building a house according to Standard 55. I will never make up the additional costs of about 15k with heating - not even with 27° Nestwärme :)
Clearly, the situation is very bitter. But anyone who had 80k in funding in mind can also omit the pseudo granny flat and do KFW55, coming out cost-neutral. Apologies in advance to the 10% with real 2WE that were not created solely because of the funding.

We see it the same way. We have additional costs of €20,000 for KFW40EE on the offer. I don't believe you can make that back. We currently live in KFW55 and it is already very well insulated. Sometimes I have the feeling that the difference between KFW55 and KFW40 in reality (not on paper) would be so small, who knows if you could even measure it properly. You just need to spend too long in winter clearing out your car or talking for 5 minutes with the neighbor on the doorstep, and then you've ruined your energy balance. Or something like that.

You can probably save more money and energy with a bit of fine tuning on the heat pump.
If you look at the increased prices, that’s a bold statement ;)
It’s obviously a nonsense situation at the moment, but this has been going on for 2-3 years now. And the KFW money at this level was unfortunately a huge price driver.
