What I also wanted to get off my chest and what, in my opinion, cannot be right:

Our first, incorrect application for EH55 was apparently approved automatically right away. The second, correct application for EH40 was left pending for 14 days without approval. Same energy consultant with power of attorney.
I have meanwhile read about some EH55 applications that were still automatically approved shortly before 24.01.

That’s not fair and somehow feels like a lottery. If you were lucky, it was approved automatically; otherwise, you just had bad luck...

The reason is that the budget is already around 6 billion over the budget framework for this. All further requests could not be approved due to lack of coverage. Hence the reference to the new budget in May.

Such a severe overexertion of the funding pots should have been noticed earlier. The fact that KfW 40 and better are now also being stopped will lead to some building without the standard.
