Well, then we won't get any funding for our new building. - But at least we have a chance to get craftsmen again. Strangely enough, trades that were inquired about weeks ago are now getting back to us. I'm just going to look at it positively ;)

I can confirm that, our energy consultant informed us that applications can be submitted again starting early next week.

Correct. It is still unclear what/how new construction will be subsidized.

Does anyone have an idea how, or with which arguments, one can approach the Sparkasse to get any change to the loan?

The problem is that we already concluded our loan with them last year and wanted to apply for the subsidy as a grant. Now it was no longer possible to apply in time, it looks like there will be no more grant option, and the bank advisor at the Sparkasse says bluntly that there is nothing they can do, the loan contract is final.

This means for us that even if there were another new construction subsidy for EH40, we could no longer apply for anything.
