Something like 'we will not take on any new debt in the future'
;)

How is the cancellation of cash gifts for a minimally more frugal house connected to having a club between the legs and blows to the face?

KFW55 is standard today... The savings in ongoing costs from 55 to 40 will definitely not be 500€ per year...

So it's simply not worth it no matter how many times I try...

Edit: does anyone here perhaps have a comparison value?

Do you want theoretical or practical values?

The savings at a gas price of 10 cents should be at most 150€ per year (practical, standard single-family house kfw40 vs kfw55)

What is worthwhile is photovoltaics (as long as there are still cheap modules, they have already become 25% more expensive in the last 6 months)
With electricity prices from 50-60 cents, a battery storage system also becomes interesting :D

And I am afraid that we will have electricity prices in this range in the near future.
I am already paying 37 cents now, from 43 cents my storage pays off.

Practice with heat pump I would find good
However, we are also planning ventilation with the 55er

Real comparative values are difficult because you also have to consider the residents. But on paper, you have an advantage of 10 kWh per year and square meter with the EH 40 envelope. That makes about 1500 kWh of energy for 150 sqm. Now you can calculate how it is generated: - Gas 7-10 cents (old prices!): 105-150€ - Heat pump with COP 3: 500 kWh electricity = 150-200€ (30-40ct) Everything, as always, is a matter of assumptions. If I also assume a bit of photovoltaic for the heat pump, assume that several gaming computers run all day, assume you like it particularly hot or cold, assume different electricity or gas prices,...
