Doesn't 151 already count towards BEG? But the problem is that the repayment grant has not yet been applied for separately, right?

In this case, no agitation is necessary; objective reporting and interviews with a few affected people are completely sufficient. (Apart from that, you are obviously right.)

I will also make myself unpopular now. ;-) I would be interested to know how many of your 19 likes so far have already received the funds. ;-)

A first step could be to write to the members of the Bundestag in your electoral district. Or start a petition on an online petition site. I would sign the petition as well. The petition site is called Wechsel in another language.

I share this concern. At the next elections, we will see to what extent the majority of the population appreciates this, not only regarding the issue itself but especially the way it is handled.

I do not understand this argument. The people who build a new house do not "have" relatively much; instead, they go into debt and usually pay off the house their whole lives, typically as a couple. They are still a long way from "having" in the sense of "owning."

The first step is to wait for the next few days, nothing else.
The queue on the KfW hotline will be unimaginably long, and it is in their own interest to clarify all these questions as quickly as possible.

It seems that this is no longer about the issue for you. The fact is clear: funding pools are depleted, and therefore, no further funding for the time being. Where is the moral bankruptcy here? Where is the amateurism?
Of course, there are individual fates that will suffer from this, but politics is not meant to take care of exactly that, but rather must see the bigger picture.
And if financing nowadays existentially depends on funding, then something in the market is really going wrong.

151 is, as said, the old EBS subsidy which was applied for until 06.21 and was replaced by BEG WG from 07.21. So, two different things.

Really?
My experience is rather that, no matter where I live, I always take myself along and therefore I wouldn’t feel worse in Hof than in the trendy area. I have never lived in Hof, only passed through, but I’m sure I could create a nice life there too, why not?
Luckily, such statements are quite common nowadays and they apparently also affect people, which is why the masses always run in the same direction when it comes to living, fashion, and holiday planning, because someone told or posted that it’s supposed to be great there and bad elsewhere, and that you’re immediately happy there, which you then have to show and tell everyone else who then goes there as well, finally to be happy.. Ufff.......
I’d rather be weird and go completely mainstream-free to the Cote d’Azur in February, to Ireland in winter, and now have a house in the humble East, right in the countryside. Beautiful music is playing, it smells good, the fireplace flickers, and outside I’m just seeing the red kite and the buzzard flying over the vineyards.
What’s that great place with the happiness guarantee called again? Neuschwanstein? Disneyland? Just in case I ever pass by there..... :D
