I think that's simply SICK! The funding should apply exclusively to private households. I'm curious how many investors were involved here. First cashing in large subsidies, then selling apartments for exorbitant amounts...:mad:

I am curious to see how "climate-friendly" new buildings (not in the investment sector) will even be planned from now on given the construction prices. And how this will affect rental prices in the investment sector when the costs are (have to be) passed on.
