we are affected by this: the energy consultant (who of course wants to be paid for his work one way or another) only sent out his report including the ID late in the afternoon on 24.1. In the evening we could no longer submit the application because the KfW portal was acting up (the last option application 55 could no longer be selected - maybe on purpose?) and on 25.1. nothing worked anymore...
What do you think? Are we a hardship case?
Are there others who are in the same situation? We did not properly "submit" the application, but the confirmation from the energy consultant with the ID number was still processed through the KfW system on 24.1.
I would appreciate your opinions or assessments!
We are exactly the same.
As much as I wanted to read from yesterday’s news that the application would be briefly enabled again: I assume that the train has left the station for our case (KfW55, confirmation for the application (BZA) ID is available, no application submitted yet).
In addition, it turned out for us that the confirmation for the application (BZA) ID from the construction company had been available for weeks. It was simply forgotten to send it to us. The construction company rejects any responsibility because we could have asked about it afterward. The frustration about this is currently very high.
Quote from the current article in Die Zeit:
"According to the current status, those home builders who wanted to submit applications after the funding stop and before the end of the month will initially come up empty-handed. However, the federal government is negotiating programs that are supposed to replace the previous subsidies."
Unfortunately, the last sentence is quite empty in content. My current status: no one knows anything for sure, with a tendency toward "forget it."
