KfW BEG funding stopped 261, 262, 263, 264, 461, 463, 464

So I will probably build my multi-family house according to the Energy Saving Ordinance standard. The halved subsidy hardly makes sense from an investor's point of view.

We are also only building to KfW 70. Photovoltaic system and storage with a heat pump will still be installed. I'd rather spend the money on that.

It is so harsh when you have already planned for 40+ anyway and there is now nothing for it, just because you already have a loan from the bank hanging over you...

I feel exactly the same. Tailoring a new loan with rising interest rates is now a no-go too.

If the additional costs are lower, you effectively get money back for having lower heating costs. That wouldn't make sense.

Well, for 250 EUR p/a less heating costs, one can invest 40,000 more costs... who still needs a measly subsidy for this deal...

I effectively (single-family house + granny flat) have photovoltaic, storage, heat pump, central ventilation system, ultra-good windows, high-quality insulation +- I think about €8,000 were received in the end. A lot implemented in EL. Ventilation, photovoltaic, storage, insulation, etc.

But who wouldn't have done it.
In apartment building construction, it happened on a completely different scale.

Aside from that, I think it’s good that it’s no longer possible, as it is simply pointless, as you already said.

So I’m waiting for the existing buildings funding and will invest the tax money with us :D

Our home builder just informed us that he has to terminate the contract with us because the "Auflösende Bedingung" has been triggered. And this is only because the funding amount was halved. Now we can conclude a new one – of course under current conditions – about 30k euros more. Presumably, some home builders are popping the corks right now because they can get out of the (un)favorable old contracts.
