KFW55 funding + BAFA funding

Our plan is: mini system with control cabinet, power supply, heating actuators and RTR plus installation costs, for which we will have the electrician list a separate offer. And then we'll see what happens. If no one at [BAFA] raises an immediate veto, we would then charge this part separately as well.

Whether that works, no idea. Apparently, there isn’t anyone yet whose payment has already been made.

We will do it exactly like that. It has been agreed with the paramedic and electrician that everything related to control and ERR will be omitted from the sanitary side if it can also be taken over by our KNX system. The electrician will accordingly create a separate offer that specifically represents the heating elements. We will then submit that. For visualization, we will just see what happens.

Unfortunately, the BAFA has not responded to my inquiry so far. I am interested to know what happens if something is considered not eligible for funding. Is it simply rejected? Do corrections have to be made? Or does one have to apply completely anew?

So now I have gone through the information sheet and spoken again with my heating engineer.

The following is now planned.

Pellet heating system with bunker for heating and hot water in winter Buffer approx. 1000 liters
+
Heat pump only for domestic hot water in summer with a 300-liter boiler

Possibly the heat pump will then be extended with a photovoltaic system with storage to reduce electricity consumption.

The question now is what is covered under "förderfähig".

The pellet heating system and the bunker and buffer are clear. But can I also include the "small" heat pump or is that excluded?
Because I only use it for hot water.

And do I understand correctly that the installation of underfloor heating can only be subsidized in old buildings?

I have to apply for the subsidy before I place the order with the heating engineer, right?!

If I have the information sheet correctly in mind, I believe it said that only things that are installed for heating purposes are eligible for funding.

Hot water heat pumps are not subsidized. Likewise, underfloor heating is not subsidized in new buildings.

You need a written offer, apply for the subsidy, and can then place the order.

I will "hijack" this thread briefly, as I hope my question can be answered easily:

Originally, no KfW house was planned and the BAFA grant was to be used. After changes to the KfW funding, we are now considering raising the energy standard to KfW55, as the repayment bonus has increased (Energieeffizient bauen 153).

My question now is whether it is possible to receive both BAFA and KfW55 grants or if the two exclude each other? Where can one find something in writing about this? I have not found anything in the information sheets so far.
