KfW BEG funding stopped 261, 262, 263, 264, 461, 463, 464

So we have finally just received the application confirmation for our EH40 over the originally requested funding. We are incredibly relieved after all the chaos. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for everyone waiting for a prompt processing or the possibility to apply again!

@ the conditions are continuously being adjusted, there have been several interest rate adjustments from the KfW in recent weeks, programs have also been restarted. The decisive factor here is the approval that you are now fortunate to have. The KfW currently only states: "All applications are being processed successively."

Renovation is the focal point. I think it's good. Next year then a completely new promotion with the motto:

Well, then we won't get funding for our new building. - But at least we have chances to get craftsmen again. Strangely, trades that were requested weeks ago are now responding. I'll just see this positively for now ;)

When did you submit the application?
We submitted an application for a loan on January 20th and are still waiting. So far, our application has not been processed yet.
