How long does it usually take until there is clarity here again? We are currently planning a 40EE and have already calculated with the amount :/
Will it come down to 40 becoming the standard and there no longer being any subsidies for it?

Our (bank) expectation is that it will take about 3-4 months. The standard for a subsidy will definitely be at least 40 (in new buildings), that is already clear. Maybe photovoltaic will be added? Standard, in order to be able to build at all, in my opinion 55.
The subsidy amount is still completely uncertain.

The pots are empty, and that was foreseeable.

Money is lacking in all pots and areas, and that building single-family houses is to be made more difficult is not surprising. I am only surprised that it is considered fair and socially acceptable to decide something like this on the weekend and then implement it immediately on Monday. When it comes to "giving" something to the citizens instead of "taking" something, the lead times are usually longer. It does not affect us, but I sympathize with the losers of this change.

Construction is supposed to start in late summer...

No one can say. It could be 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 months. I’m just imagining having an appointment for the financing closure at my bank today or having compiled the documents for the KfW over the weekend. It’s crazy how mainly young families are being left out in the cold here.

Nothing will change that quickly. That was just my expectation for the future.

No, no one can. But that is our banking experience (or that of our pure KfW specialists) with the KfW. There are hundreds of other programs, not just for housing construction. For infrastructure, photovoltaics, wallboxes, companies, jobs, innovations, etc.

And such "things" also happen with other funds. Nobody just sees it here.
