You could certainly inquire at a consumer protection association. And if you have proof of yesterday’s submission, and assuming you have enough nerves and perhaps also legal expenses insurance, you might still pursue the matter regarding "As of 01/24/2022, there is a stop on applications and approvals for BEG funding!". January 24 is only today or at the earliest from 12:00 a.m. tonight. Maybe something can still be done. I wish it for you and your fellow affected persons.

I would still wait and see what the new subsidies look like – maybe they are even better?

That doesn’t sound like it. The new construction is now basically just a nuisance to funnel more money into other funding pots. How else is the company boss supposed to finance his electric Porsche along with the charging station? Unfortunately, we have a building obligation on the property that will expire soon and can’t wait much longer. Not to mention massively rising interest rates. They can’t even say how long this will drag on. How can anyone create such chaos....

I assume that right now all interest groups are storming the ministry. There will surely be an announcement in the next few days. If not even a backtrack. Ultimately, the CDU dropped the bomb on this with Altmair's announcement. Until then, applications were running at a maximum of one billion per month – if 20 billion come together in 2 months, it is not surprising that the brakes are applied. Even if it is only for one week, quite a lot would have piled up, which certainly should have been rejected.

I can’t quite follow that. If the house offer shows additional costs for KfW standards, of course I also calculate the repayment subsidy in the budget planning. All or nothing. When it comes to the KfW loan portion, I don’t cautiously calculate with the interest rate of the house bank either. Which part of the house is paid with what doesn’t really matter overall.

Our trend now, after digesting the initial shock and updating the calculation, is rather towards KfW55 without subsidy. Because no matter how the new programs will look, you probably can’t expect the Greens to want anything good for average builders. You can expect more compassion from a shoal of piranhas. If anyone can hope at all, it’s probably wealthy builders with an eco obsession who implement every absurd and uneconomical energy measure with a smile. Everyone else will have to reduce living space or postpone the outdoor area and garden by 2 years.

No criteria at all. There is only a check whether the confirmation of the application (BZA) is reviewed in the system, whether the requirements for KfW XY are met. Nothing else. Either you were too late or there was an inconsistency somewhere in the confirmation of the application (BZA). But in that case, a conditional acceptance takes place, but not a confirmation yet. So you should have received information online. If not, I would guess transmission/server issues or similar, which is even more annoying.
