There is now nothing about the grant option, but I can understand it. I assume that the elimination of the grant option is intended to prevent applications from being submitted for houses that will only break ground in 1-2 years.

This letter is probably this one. Nothing has been officially published yet. Hopefully, the rumor about the discontinuation of the grant option is just a rumor. Otherwise, I’m really pissed off. With the rising interest rates, we couldn’t wait any longer and had to secure the financing.

No, I am building with an architect and planning services are not detrimental to funding. However, we waited and have not awarded anything yet.

Okay, thanks! We have signed one, but it refers to the loan option, so it would have been interesting to know whether there are any differences to the grant option at all.
